Alexa Ellis is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in marketing, digital transformation, and operational excellence. As Co-Founder and SVP of Marketing & Implementation at one of Atlanta’s largest privately-held agencies, and later as COO post-acquisition, Alexa built and led high-performing teams that executed large-scale digital projects and marketing campaigns for numerous clients. During her time at Swarm, she played a key role in the successful integration of a smaller legal-focused agency post-acquisition, ensuring seamless operations and expanded service capabilities.

Following Swarm’s sale to SCS, Alexa, along with Tom Ellis, founded Ellis Financial with a vision of fueling growth in other small businesses. They began their journey by partnering with Extreme Kartz, where Alexa developed marketing and e-commerce strategies that helped double revenue within two years.

While at SCS, Alexa spearheaded the operational merger of three agencies, driving growth and delivering 20% revenue expansion throughout the transition. She also played a key role in facilitating the acquisition process by collaborating closely with SCS and PopReach teams during due diligence.

In addition, Alexa collaborated with Pythius Labs to establish core operational functions, including HR, marketing, and product management. She also oversaw the branding and trademarking process for their flagship product.

Having worked across numerous accounts and business scenarios, Alexa excels in driving growth through marketing and technology strategies while maintaining operational efficiency. She graduated with a BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia in 2006.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Alexa enjoys running marathons and tending to her garden, combining her passion for endurance with a love for nature.
